On Wednesday we were learning about descriptions. We decided we needed some adjectives for our descriptions. Here are a few wordles our class made.

On Wednesday this week it was Duffy assembly, there were lots of awesome books! I hope that everyone liked them because I did. They were some of the best books I have ever read. I loved them! If someone didn’t like their books I would be very ashamed of them. I love books and you should read them every day. You can learn more that way. There are some amazing fantasies that you can find in books. 

On Thursday and Tuesday we named some interesting adjectives about going to the huts like broken, scruffy and grassy. There were all kinds of things by the huts. It was one good week.

Today during shared reading we learnt about contractions and settings.  The whole class drew a setting from the book 'Chicken Food'.  A few students created their settings on Tux Paint.

Hello my name is Theo Almazan and this is my first time doing a blog post. Last monday Mrs Calman
 did some art and some acrostic poems with us. When the bell rang, I went home and played blade blades with my brother.

  

On Thursday before lunch, room one and Mr McMullan went to the libary to learn about police jobs with Constable Tanya.

A few weeks ago we went to Castlecliff Beach to learn about beach safety. Check out some pictures and video clips from our great day.

Last Friday we had some discovery learning time with our buddy class, Room 4. We created some amazing changeable hero booklets. We are going to each have the booklets for two weeks and then switch. I wonder what we are going to get to do next week?
